Sometimes you just want somethign cheap, easy to make and taste good. Grilling a corn on stovetop is just that. All you need is fresh corn and stove. The taste is good, at least different (like BBQ.)

Ingredients

  • 2 corn

Instructions

  • Stick a chopstick or a fork into the end of the corns for holding the corns over the fire without burning your hand.
  • Turn on your stove and lay the corns on top of the fire
  • Shift the corns around and rotate them so all site gets cooked.
  • When you see an area of core change to dark yellow color, hear popping sound and see slightly burned surface, that area is cooked.
  • Move to the next area until all area are cooked
  • Turn off your stove and enjoy the corn
