Broiled chicken is a fast, easy, and cheap way to make a meat dish. You can broil chicken thigh or breast. You can also experiment with whatever spices you like put on the chicken. The only key is to make sure the chicken is fully cooked. Timing depends on your oven and your cut of the chicken. Error on the overcooking and always cut a thick piece open to test. Urban Bachelor Cooking Recipe - Asian Style Ox Tail in Slow Cooker

A slow cooker, also known as crock pot, cooks meat at 200 degrees on low and 400 degrees on high. It usually cooks meat in 8 to 10 hours on low and 4 to 5 hours on high. Slow cookers preserve moisture and make the meat tender. There are a lot of ways to use a slow cooker because you can put anything in it. Aisans like to mix ginger, scallion, soy sauce, sesame oil, etc with meat and sea food to make soup etc. I tried this with ox tail in a slow cooker.
