Description
Deep Fried Calamari.
Ingredients
- 1 lb squid.
- 1 c flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 c bread crumb
- 1 pn red pepper flake
Instructions
- use deep fryer
- cut squids into rings and wash clean and paper pad dry.
- add pepper flakes
- add eggs
- cover squid with flour
- add bread crumb
- heat up deep fryer to 375 degree
- deep fry for 3 minutes
- Drain on paper towels and salt to taste
Notes
The squids I got from BJs tasted better than those from China town. They are smaller. But they are more expensive.
