Sorry guys. After two and a half month, I finally got a chance to update my blog. Just a recap of what happened.
The Soprano’s dinner party went great. I was impressed myself. Here is one of the pictures.
Nearly 30 people were here but I did have enough food. I thought I could pull it off with 4 hours of preparation, including shopping time. But I was wrong. I started shopping at 2:00pm and finished cooking about 6:30 with help from others. Making 8 recipes at a time seems to take more than twice as much time as making 4 recipes at a time. I should have known.
